Our Tooling Workshop

RYD Tooling has 11 sets of accurate CNC machines, 9 sets of EDM machines for quality mold making and injection molding.

Our Molding Workshop

We have four latest injection molding ​machines (from 80t to 360t) for mold trial. We also have larger injection molding machines at our other plants.

Inspection & Quality Control

RYD Tooling
always uses a 3D measuring machine to inspect the electrode before EDM, and we always inspect the cavity/core & slider before mold trial.

Office & Engineering Dept.

RYD Tooling has 8 designers, 4 project engineers. All of our project enginerrs can communicate with customers in English directly. All project engineers have more than 10 years of experience and expertise in injection molding.
